Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms govern your use of PAYPERS — the website paypers.app and the PAYPERS iOS app — provided by Egor Menyakin, United Kingdom ("we"). By creating an account you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What PAYPERS does
PAYPERS is a personal registry of your recurring subscriptions: it shows what you pay per month and per year, reminds you before charges and before free trials end, and guides you through cancelling with each service.
PAYPERS does not connect to your bank, does not make or cancel payments and does not cancel subscriptions for you — you stay in control and cancel with the service yourself. Prices in the catalog and cancellation guides are provided for convenience and may be out of date; always check the service's own terms. Nothing in PAYPERS is financial advice.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity in your account. Provide accurate information and use PAYPERS only for lawful, personal purposes. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service or access other people's data.
3. Free plan and Premium
The core service is free. In the iOS app the free plan includes up to 5 tracked subscriptions and basic reminders; PAYPERS Premium removes these limits and adds extra reminders and bank statement import.
Premium is sold in the iOS app as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store (monthly or yearly; the yearly plan may include a free trial). The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; the subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Deleting your PAYPERS account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it with Apple.
4. Availability and changes
We work to keep PAYPERS available and accurate but can't guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every reminder arrives (push and Telegram delivery depend on Apple, Telegram and your device), or that catalog data is complete. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue Premium we'll give reasonable notice.
5. Your content
The data you enter stays yours. You give us the right to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
6. Liability
PAYPERS helps you remember — the decision to keep or cancel a subscription and its cost remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for charges by third-party services, missed reminders, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop using PAYPERS and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms; where reasonable, we'll tell you first.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the EU or elsewhere in the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued; please contact us first and we'll try to resolve any issue.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we'll let you know in the service before they take effect. Questions: support@paypers.app.
