How do I cancel PAYPERS Premium?

Premium is billed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → PAYPERS → Cancel Subscription. Access stays until the end of the paid period.

I bought Premium but don't see it

Open the app → Premium → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still doesn't appear, email us the date of purchase.

Does PAYPERS cancel subscriptions for me?

No. PAYPERS shows how to cancel with each service and reminds you in time; you cancel with the service yourself and then mark it as cancelled in PAYPERS.

I'm not getting reminders

On iOS allow notifications for PAYPERS in Settings → Notifications. On the web, link Telegram in Settings. Reminders arrive at 10:00 in your time zone, or at the end of your quiet hours.

How do I delete my account and data?

Settings → Your data → Delete account (web or app). Everything is erased immediately. You can download your data there first.
